Attleboro Real Estate
Attleboro MA real estate enjoys all the benefits of a small but independent city with a population of 42,000. It is situated
between the major metropolitan areas of Boston and Cambridge, but is not considered by many to be a suburb. The city was once
the hub of the jewelry industry after European immigrants founded several manufacturing companies. To this day, much of Tiffany
& Co.'s jewelry is still made in Attleboro, or Attleborough, as it's also spelled.
Attleboro real estate includes a thriving downtown district specializing in a variety of shops and many independent service
based businesses. The city manages to balance its self-contained atmosphere with the modern amenities of chain stores, being
located in the middle of interstate routes 295, 495, and 95. The city is home to such attractions as the Capron Park Zoo and
dozens of recently restored Victorian and colonial homes that were built by the many jewelry tycoons of the late 1800's.
