Donna Chase, the owner/broker of The Chase Team has over 20 years experience in real estate. She is often seen in the office late at night, finalizing details or updating her marketing plans or answering questions that the agents may have. Beginning with a summer position with a real estate company in New Hampshire, Donna started her career assisting with the leasing and sales of second homes on the Winnipesaukee shorefront. She was 17. After graduating from Boston College & Rhode Island College with degrees in Education and Psychology, Donna taught mathematics at one of the Junior High schools in Walpole, Massachusetts. Chase then answered her call to the business career she was so well-suited to. Her entry into the business world began with the inception of her own mail order catalog company where she offered imported bed linens and accessories and catered to the needs of King Faisal's son, Steven Spielberg, and Brooke Shields, among others with her high-end custom products. A year afterwards, it was apparent that there was a need for further decorative embellishments and Ledgewood Interiors was born. For the next 8 years, both companies grew and Donna chose, instead, to attend to the needs of her family which had grown to 3 children 3 years later, she entered her "part time" real estate career. Now, one of the leading agents on the South Shore of Boston, lauded with numerous awards in the field, a mentor to many, quoted in a national magazine, and on its cover, Donna and her team have become the real estate business. She has developed her cutting-edge team concept, and insists on her company slogan of "Selling Integrity" from each and every agent at The Chase Team Realty.
