Franklin Real Estate

The beautiful farmlands and pastures of Franklin provided the original impetus for settlers, but industry was destined to thrive along the powerful Charles and Blackstone Rivers. But despite being a suburban industrial community, Franklin is recognized for its phenomenal ratio of green to grey. Franklin real estate is home to the greatest geological feature in central Massachusetts, Purgatory State Chasm, which is just one of dozens of state and national parks in Franklin.

Franklin MA was the first of many communities to name itself in honor of Benjamin Franklin, who responded with a shipment of books for a public library. The town preserves a number of architectural styles from Benjamin's time and the epochs since then, making Franklin real estate as variegated as three hundred years of culture.
