Grafton Real Estate

Named for the Duke of Grafton, grandson of Charles the Second, Grafton real estate has hosted a variety of kinds of activity. It was the third Praying Town set up as a mission for indoctrinating natives in 1735. Later, Grafton supplemented its agrarian activities with the production of textiles, pocket knives, small arms, clocks, and mills.

The Grafton of today retains a lot of the greenspace that it sought to develop three hundred years ago. The Blackstone River Valley is rife with opportunities for canoeing, fishing, and camping, and there is even golf. Most notable perhaps is the Blackstone River Bikeway, enhancing the quality of Grafton MA real estate with its joining of Providence to Worcester.
